the Coastal Quad
New Jersey's first pocket resort — book one cottage, several cottages, or the full property.
The stay
The Coastal Quad is New Jersey's first pocket resort: four one-bedroom cottage suites under one roof, with amenities usually reserved for a hotel three times the size.
Book one cottage for a quiet weekend, two or three for friends, or the full compound and have the whole place — mini golf, sauna, arcade and all — to yourselves.
Each cottage has a private entrance, fenced yard, hot tub, grill and fire pit. A perimeter pathway connects the cottages to the shared recreation facilities.

Policies
For new direct bookings, Standard cancellation includes a full refund at least 30 days before check-in or within 24 hours of booking. The 24-hour booking window ends at check-in, if earlier.
Outside those windows, rental refunds follow Refund When Rebooked. No processing or cancellation fee is deducted. Your reservation's accepted terms govern eligibility; existing bookings retain their accepted policy.
Extended cancellation is an optional Dreamspace cancellation waiver, not travel insurance. Cancel before the day before check-in begins, at midnight in the property’s local time, for a full refund of the booking price, taxes and cleaning tip. The Extended cancellation purchase price, including its tax, is retained. After that deadline, Standard cancellation applies. Extended cancellation must be selected at booking.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my dog?
Up to two quiet dogs per reservation at $50 per dog per night, including reservations for multiple cottages. All dogs must be registered, house-trained and non-destructive; the cottages share walls.
Clean up after your dog and do not leave dogs unattended in the cottage unless crated. Dogs are not permitted in the arcade, gym or rooftop spaces.
Where can I park?
Free street parking is available. Please keep neighboring driveways and access routes clear.
What are the check-in and checkout arrangements?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Contact Dreamspace about early arrival or late departure.
Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise approved by Dreamspace, departure after 1:00 PM incurs a charge of half the nightly rental rate. This replaces, rather than adds to, any standard late-checkout fee. A late-checkout charge does not grant permission to extend your stay.
Please leave out used items so the cleaners can identify them, start the dishwasher and leave the cottage with care. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
What is included in the booking price?
Your booking price includes cleaning, any dog fees and selected extras. Taxes are shown separately at checkout before payment. Rates are quoted in USD.
Optional cancellation protection is a paid waiver. Its displayed price includes applicable tax; the protection charge is retained when you cancel under its terms.
