Our Story

Dreamspace began in 2022, when mother-and-son team Donna Boyle and Kyle Loveland set out to restore their family’s 1940s beach house on the Delaware Bay.

With luxury beach houses growing bigger and bigger, we discovered that many travelers were looking for something different. We create extraordinary stays that combine distinctive architecture, thoughtful details, and outsized amenities to offer a unique blend of style, comfort, and adventure.

We believe every stay should be as unforgettable as the destination itself—because big dreams thrive in small spaces.
