Cookies and Similar Technologies

Dreamspace and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember visitor preferences, understand how the site is used, measure marketing performance, and support relevant advertising.

Types of Technologies We May Use

Essential
These technologies support functions such as navigation, security, account access, reservations, and saved preferences.
Preferences
These technologies remember choices that improve the visitor experience.
Analytics
These technologies help us understand website traffic, visitor behavior, and site performance.
Advertising
These technologies may help measure advertising campaigns, understand conversions, and show more relevant advertising on other services.

We use approximate country and state information from our hosting provider to choose regional defaults. U.S. visitors may receive analytics and advertising tracking unless they opt out. Elsewhere, or when location cannot be determined, analytics cookies and advertising wait for opt-in. Visitors can review or change their preferences through a “Cookie preferences” control on this page.

When enabled and permitted by your choices or regional defaults, Google Analytics measures page views, checkout activity and confirmed bookings. Meta Pixel measures these events for advertising reports when advertising tracking is permitted. We do not send guest names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details in these events. Campaign attribution is retained in your browser for up to 30 days. Permitted measurement identifiers may also be retained on the server for up to 30 days to deliver confirmed booking events to Google and Meta. You can reopen Cookie preferences from this page after hiding the notice; turning off a category stops its cookies and server conversion delivery. When enabled, Google Consent Mode may still send limited cookieless measurements with storage denied. Global Privacy Control disables advertising tracking. Booking functionality remains available when optional tracking is declined.

05

How Information Is Shared

We may share information with companies and individuals that help us operate Dreamspace and provide services to guests. These may include:

  • Booking and property-management platforms
  • Payment processors
  • Website hosting, cloud infrastructure, and database providers
  • Email and text-message providers
  • Analytics and advertising providers
  • Customer-support and survey platforms
  • Loyalty, promotions, and account-service providers
  • Cleaning, maintenance, and property-operations teams when information is needed to support a stay
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, and attorneys
  • Government authorities when disclosure is required by law

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect Dreamspace, our guests, our properties, or others; investigate suspected fraud or misuse; enforce our agreements; or respond to a valid legal request.

If Dreamspace is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

06

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. This may include providing services, maintaining reservation and transaction records, administering accounts and rewards, complying with tax and legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing our agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.

07

  • A portable copy of certain information
  • Information about how your data is used or disclosed
  • An opt-out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing
  • Review of a decision concerning a privacy request

To make a privacy request, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

Dreamspace will not discriminate against visitors for exercising applicable privacy rights.
